The 9-day experiential educational tour will take place between 27th September and 15th October 2025, covering Belgium, France, Switzerland, Germany, and Italy.

Students from Grades 6 to 12 are eligible. No academic prerequisites required — just a curiosity to explore and learn globally.

The tour promotes Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) through exposure to new cultures, independent travel, and peer bonding. Students grow in self-confidence, empathy, awareness, and decision-making.

The tour cost is detailed in the brochure and includes flights, accommodation (3-star international hotels), all meals, visa support, insurance, entry to attractions, and tour management.

There are three installments and a separate TCS amount payable. The full breakdown is provided in the brochure/circular.

By filling out the interest form and completing the first installment. A detailed orientation session is conducted for all interested families.

The cancellation policy outlines refundable amounts at various stages. The exact schedule is shared in the brochure and registration circular.

There will be one trained educator for every 20 students, strict safety protocols, vetted hotels and transport, and comprehensive travel insurance (USD 50,000 coverage) for medical emergencies, cancellations, and more.

Yes. Designated time slots and contact details for supervisors will be shared in advance for safe and structured communication.

A 24x7 support system with emergency response plans is in place, including access to medical care and real-time parent communication.

Students will stay in 3-star international chain hotels (e.g., Hilton, Marriott brands), in quad-sharing rooms vetted for comfort and safety.

A valid passport (valid until April 30, 2026), Schengen visa, student ID, and other documents as guided by the TMC visa team.

Yes. Please inform the team in advance, and we’ll do our best to ensure dietary, allergy, or special care needs are accommodated throughout the tour.

The student's current passport must be valid until at least 30th April 2026 and should have a minimum of two blank pages.

Yes, submission of all previous passports is mandatory.

Yes, the VISA form must be duly completed and signed by both parents.

Yes, passport photocopies (first and last page) of both parents are required.

You will need to provide two recent coloured photographs with the following details:

Yes, submit a bank-attested bank statement for the last 6 months showing sufficient balance. Online prints are not accepted.

Yes, provide the latest 3 years’ Income Tax Returns (ITR) or Form 16.

Yes, a Bonafide Certificate from the school must be submitted.

You’ll need to submit:
  1. parent’s business registration proof
  2. Company’s updated bank statement
  3. Company IT returns for the last 3 years
  4. Parent’s visiting card

Yes, the student’s school ID card must be submitted.

Yes, a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from parents, along with a sponsorship letter and updated bank statement, is mandatory.

You may include fixed deposits, share certificates, property investments, and any other relevant financial investments as supporting documentation.
